I think it would be better if the girls pitched four (pitches)no balls or strikes counted. The coach behind the catcher can encourage the batter to swing at good pitches. If no ball gets hit the coach pitches three more to better the chances of the ball being put into play. No hit, no out is counted. Only in the field is an out counted.

--> 8U Strike/Ball rules were discussed with 8u managers in a Feb. board meeting and voted on.

Why do you not post the Senior standings?

--> Senior schedule will be posted soon, and a link to the standings for the Pleasanton web page will be placed on our standings page (senior regular season starts on 4/5)

Confusion over senior progam.

--> Seniors play in a comblined league with Pleasanton and start a few weeks later in the season. Players should registar before the season starts and parent questions can be asked at registration or via email. Also, our parent page has the basic information for our league with ages for each division, and each division has an age group condinator that is responsible for the division and they can easily answer most questions. All contacts are listed on the board page on this web site.
To avoid confusion next year we will add a section/paragraph just for seniors on the registration/front page, to make pontential families aware of their oppurtunities.
